1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

All Spoonlisse spoons are made from high-quality 18/10 food-grade stainless steel, which is rust-resistant, durable, and safe for daily use.

6. Are the spoons dishwasher safe?

Yes. All our spoons are dishwasher safe. For best results and to maintain the shine, we recommend occasional hand washing.

7. Do you sell individual spoons or sets?

We offer both individual soup spoons and elegant sets (4-piece, 6-piece, 12-piece, etc.), perfect for everyday use or gifting.

8. Are the spoons suitable for soup and other dishes?

Yes. Our spoons are thoughtfully designed with the ideal depth and shape for soup, stew, dessert, and serving.

9. Are the spoons comfortable to hold?

Yes. Each spoon features an ergonomic handle with perfect weight balance for comfortable use.

10. Do you offer gift sets?

Yes. Many of our spoon sets come in beautiful packaging and make wonderful housewarming, wedding, or holiday gifts.

11. How do I clean stubborn stains?

For stubborn stains, soak in warm water with mild dish soap or baking soda. Avoid using abrasive cleaners to maintain the mirror finish.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my spoons arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
